About The Program Leader

When Meredith Harris was diagnosed with PCOS, she was told that she would not be able to get pregnant unless she followed a strict medical and exercise regimen. After having her first child, and looking back at the negative impact of her PCOS treatment, she decided that there had to be a better way. While the doctors and nutritionists helped her, Meredith recognized that there was more to the story, and she started implementing a protocol to change certain habits. Today she teaches women how to start improving their PCOS with simple nutrition and lifestyle changes and creating a system that will never let them fall off track.
