Whether you are a seasoned sipper or just starting to learn more about wine, this class will be appealing for every level. Serena will provide a solid foundation of wine tasting and how to determine aromas and flavors, grape varieties, pairings and tips on how to pick the perfect wine. Serena Zelezny is a professional wine educator and the founder of What I am Drinking?!, a professional and consumer wine studio in the Philadelphia Suburbs. Moonlighting weekends in Santa Barbara area tasting rooms in 2005, Serena developed a keen interest in learning about the wine history, wine-making techniques, and winemakers’ stories, all leading her to a full-time career in the wine industry. She specializes in working with consumers to hone their unique palates and increase their knowledge of grape varieties and styles.
