30 Minute Meals for the Week

Workshop Description:

During this workshop you will learn how to prepare 30 minute meals for the week. You will also receive four 30 minute meal recipes as well as the grocery list to enable you to cook along with Chef Jaz. She will take you from start to finish with one of these delicious recipes, and review how to prep and plan for all four of these 30 minute meals. Afterwards, Chef Jaz will also review how to organize, budget, shop for your week, how to cook ahead and store your meals. Lastly, leftovers are especially good as the perfect grab and go lunch!

About the program leader:
