Emily Friend of British Girl Bakes returns to bake us the perfect Mirror Glaze Cake, and Chickologist Rachael Robbins will prepare a couple of cocktails to help us all celebrate.

• Make and tint mirror glaze colors.
• How to make three cocktails.

Emily
With over 10 years of experience in cake decorating, Emily has made a career by following her passion: cakes, from mixing to baking to decorating. As a baker she has started up and managed bakeries, created videos for social media platforms (including YouTube and Instagram), and developed online courses for all things cake related. Emily enjoys any opportunity to share her knowledge with her global audience!

Rachael
After leaving the farm for the Big Apple with her sights set on stardom, Rachael quickly realized that her dreams would have to be financed with a side job, bartending. Rachael rode the wave of NYC’S club scene, tending bars in a variety of venues. Eventually an opportunity arose for her to open her own cocktail lounge in Jersey City, which she conceptualized, designed, and operated. During this time Rachael realized that her artistry could be fulfilled by creating cocktails and seeing the satisfied looks on her customers’ faces. A mixologist was born! Rachael currently owns her own business, Chickologist, a cocktail consulting company.
