Nutritional coach Sheila Cunningham will teach you that all food labels are not created equal. She will explain the 5 ingredients rule, and how to understand food labels. Labels are important when you are buying food because often they will tell you what the food is and where it is coming from. But food labels can also be used to trick you. Once you know how to read the food’s label, you can begin food combining, a natural way of getting the most out of your food.

Sheila Cunningham is a registered nurse, a certified Barbells and Boxing Coach, and a certified Transformational Nutrition Coach. Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Sheila now resides in West Palm Beach Florida. She loves working with children, and has a Nonprofit dedicated to fighting childhood obesity.
