Domenica (Niki) Toscani is Cofounder of Fishtown Pickle Project, a small, handcrafted pickling company in Philadelphia, which she owns with her husband and Chef Mike Sicinski. As a Registered Dietitian, Niki has a longstanding love of and professional relationship with food. She believes that all foods can be nourishing and that so much joy comes from enjoying locally grown and produced food. Reflecting this point of view, the Fishtown Pickle Project produces small-batch fare purposefully crafted using all natural ingredients and bold flavors that appeal to every palate.
