Workshop Description:
Pranjulaa Singh will lead you on a guided meditation to de-stress. During this guided meditation workshop you will unwind and de-stress from your day. Meditation will lower stress, reduce anxiety, enhance mental health, improve self awareness, increase concentration, increase attention span, reduce memory loss, generate empathy and kindness, and lastly improve overall sleep. Additionally, many people choose to light a scented candle to assist with the focus of their meditation.
Pranjulaa is joining us from London, England for guided meditation. She is also the recipient of the United Kingdom’s winner of the Government’s Global Talent Award.

Pranjulaa Singh, born in a small town in India, is the author of three published collections of poetry. “Sparkle: Life is Poetry” and “Romance with Lockdown” are published titles. The third is an audiobook titled “Short and Sweet Story”. Pranjulaa holds a BA from Mumbai University and an MA from the University of London. She has been awarded several honors for her poetry and was endorsed as an exceptional international leader in the Combined Arts Category by the Arts Council, England for the Global Talent Visa, UK, Pranjulaa was selected among the top 25 leaders from across the country of India, to attend the World Governance Expedition to Russia. Pranjulaa is the founder and head of content of Pranjal Arts, and is currently an Administrative Officer at the Nehru Centre in London, UK.
