Live from India, Sabah Tahilramani will teach you the art of Yoga Nidra to put you into a state of deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra is an ancient form of conscious relaxation to heal and soothe your nervous system. You will use your mind, your conscious intention, and focused awareness to connect with your body on a deeper level. Furthermore you will set a heartfelt intention or ‘sankalpa’ that sows seeds of transformation in your deeper mind during altered states of consciousness.

You can have your favorite crystals, you may wish to burn some sage or incense or diffuse some essential oils, or light a candle for a full sensory experience. But all you truly need is a comfortable place to lie down, undisturbed with some pillows and blankets.
Yoga and meditation instructor Sabah Tahilramani uses an intuitive holistic approach, unique to her, with a focus on personalizing diverse self-healing processes. It’s all about mastering the mind-body-spirit connection and bringing it into harmony. Sabah has an educational background in Psychology and Ancient History. She is currently the founder of “The Self-Mastery Initiative” and a practicing, ever-evolving Yoga & Meditation teacher/student based upon love, connection to the divine within, self-expression, and exploration.
