Live From India: Yoga Nidra to Relax

Thursday, December 29, 2022
10:00 pm - 10:30 pm Eastern
(9:00 pm Central // 7:00 pm Pacific)

Live from India, Sabah Tahilramani will teach you the art of Yoga Nidra to put you into a state of deep relaxation.  Yoga Nidra is an ancient form of conscious relaxation to heal and soothe your nervous system. You will use your mind, your conscious intention, and focused awareness to connect with your body on a deeper level. Furthermore you will set a heartfelt intention or ‘sankalpa’ that sows seeds of transformation in your deeper mind during altered states of consciousness.

What you will learn:

  • What Yoga Nidra is
  • How to completely relax
  • How to calm your nervous system

Workshop Notes:

You can have your favorite crystals, you may wish to burn some sage or incense or diffuse some essential oils, or light a candle for a full sensory experience. But all you truly need is a comfortable place to lie down, undisturbed with some pillows and blankets.

*This program is free.

**You also have the one-time opportunity to purchase the VIP ticket and on-demand video. The VIP ticket allows you to interact live with the presenter during the workshop. The video link will be sent to you when the workshop is over. VIP ticket including video is $5. This is a 50% discount off the normal on-demand price of $9.99!
