It’s time to show some love to one of the most iconic media platforms for women – Girls Nite Live!
Girls Nite Live has offered fantastic programming and entertainment for women worldwide. But now, after four years of entertaining and inspiring women, Girls Nite Live needs your help. Consider making a gift to help keep the lights on.

Girls Nite Live is proud to support this Panel Discussion with Chemistry Cultura to address the issue of pay equity among Latinas throughout the United States. Latinas have long been an economic powerhouse, and in recent years have made significant strides in the areas of education, politics, and the workplace. Today, more than 50 years after the passage of the Equal Pay Act of 1963, Latinas still typically earn only 49 cents for every dollar earned by white, non-Hispanic men and therefore must work more than 2 years to earn what their male counterparts earned in 12 months.

This panel of powerhouse Latinas has faced these challenges and more over the course of their careers, making them the perfect mentors to share their stories and inspire others to follow a similar path. The panel will help destigmatize this issue, bringing together prominent female leaders to share their own stories of survival, perseverance, and success with an emphasis on not just informing and educating, but also on the importance of how Latinas can build each other up to overcome challenges, with encouragement and support.

Panelists for this discussion are Elida Moran, Director, of Legal Affairs at T-Mobile, Belen Pamukoff, Brand Director  Tecate, Heineken USA and Karla Lopez, CMO of Albizu University. This discussion will be moderated by Lucee Cesena, Girls Nite Live host, and owner of Nobility Consulting Services.

GNL and Chemistry Cultura look forward to having you become a part of this very important discussion.
