Nga El is a certified facial reflexologist and Tai Chi instructor. Nga holds Tai chi, Qi gong, Meditation and
Holistic Beauty workshops. She helps women over age 40 achieve holistic wellness & beauty through natural
and alternative healing and helps seniors reduce joint pains and injuries with tai chi. Nga offers
reflexology to reduce anxieties and stress externally manifested in your life and on your face.
For women, Facial Fitness classes are designed to lift and tighten your face using safe & easy DIY facial muscle &
internal energy exercises.
