About The Program Leader

Gloria is a passionate Spanish native, born and raised in the culture of savoring good food with friends and family. Growing up in Spain, she learned that nothing completes a meal like a traditional drizzle of olive oil, adding rich flavor and infusing it with emotion. After falling in love with an American man and moving to the United States, Gloria discovered her beloved Mediterranean region’s need for quality olive oil. So, she set out on a mission to make this incredible flavor accessible for everyone – becoming an Olive Oil Sommelier and subsequently creating Olivo Amigo – a business specializing in providing Organic EVOO from Spain along with Balsamic Vinegar, Mediterranean Spices and handmade Ceramics to promote wellness, celebration, flavor, and gratitude. Her dream is to share Spain’s health benefits and happiness with everyone around her! Celebrate life together!
