Kim Battle, owner of Kandy Apples by K in Raleigh, NC, will delight your sweet tooth in this interactive workshop. Come learn all the tips and tricks of making the perfect caramel apple as well as the multiple toppings that can be used to decorate them. Then Kim will also teach us the art of making chocolate-covered marshmallows and the many topping options.

Kim Battle is the K behind Kandy Apples by K! The idea of a candy apple shop came from her love for candy apples and a desire to have them year round, not just when the State Fair came into town. An accountant by day and mother of 5, Kim spent her weekends working local markets to get her name out there, and their delicious products in the hands of everyone she could share them with. In April of 2019, Kim was able to open her first storefront, open 3 days a week, offering candy apples in more than 25 different flavors!
