The dance movements involve the neck, shoulder, arm, and hip rotations and different leg movements. Bollywood dance includes elements of semi-classical Indian dance where different expressions with finger mudras (finger movements) that reflect inner beauty and outer joy, with a sequence that flows into the rhythm of Bollywood music. The second and third classes in this series will review the basic movements taught in the first class (in case you missed the first class) and continue to build upon your Bollywood Dance instruction within this series.
