Izzy Atkinson is the Founder of the BodyLoveSoul Method, Wildflower Project, Board Member of The Soul Project, Inc., and a Boston-based Personal Trainer. Izzy found herself in the line of work she is doing now from her own lived experiences. From struggling with body dysmorphia and disordered eating, to battling anxiety and depression, Izzy turned to movement as an outlet to help manage what she was going through in a positive way, and become physically and mentally stronger. As Izzy’s journey evolved, she decided to pursue a career in the fitness industry with a mission to help other women feel strong, confident, and empowered in their own skin. The BodyLoveSoul Method is Izzy’s signature 12-week coaching program that assists women work through their negative body-image, disordered eating habits, and lack of self-worth. Izzy runs her own Boston-based personal training business, specializing in the fundamentals of strength training & conditioning.
